Q1. Thanks for once again running a best practice hybrid AGM with early proxy disclosure that has revealed the only modest protest votes were 8-10% against the three remuneration resolutions. You're one of only 6 ASX300 companies on my best practice AGM list and I trust you'll keep it up this year with headcount data in the poll results and a full transcript of proceedings on your website. Well done. Did a proxy adviser recommend against the rem resolutions and, if so, what concerns were raised?

Q2. Since the last AGM, you've changed share registry provider from Computershare to Automic. Having gone through that process, are there any tips you would give to other public companies about how to do that? Has there been any change in the overall costs for the company in making the change and were there any complexities or negatives that you weren't expecting? Also, how long is the contract with Automic?
Answer: This wasn't read out at the meeting but I received the following email response later in the day: "As the AGM is generally focused on matters relating to the resolutions before shareholders and the Company's performance and strategy, we did not address this question during the meeting but are happy to respond to you directly. Prior to appointing Automic, the Company undertook an extensive review and due diligence process, including demonstrations of the platform and reference checks with a number of ASX-listed companies. The Board ultimately determined that Automic's technology, integrated platform and service offering were the best fit for the Company's needs. As with any significant service provider transition, careful planning and project management are important to achieving a successful outcome. The Company considered the anticipated costs, implementation requirements and expected operational benefits as part of its decision-making process. The Company does not generally disclose the commercial terms of its agreements with service providers, including contract duration."
Q3. Deloitte have been our auditor for many years. When did Deloitte last face a competitive tender for the job and when is the board next likely to tender the audit?
