February 2026: Bought Twitter for scrip.
May 26, 9.22am: Commsec emailed its 3m strong data base spruiking the coming SpaceX IPO before the prospectus was lodged. See picture via Twitter.
June 4: SpaceX lodged this Australian prospectus with ASIC.
June 4, 5.40pm: Commsec emailed its 3m strong data base spruiking the coming SpaceX IPO, including this line: To apply under the Australian Offer, follow the steps below before 5PM, 10 June 2026 (Sydney time). You are encouraged to submit your application as soon as possible before that time. CommSec may stop accepting applications earlier without notice.
June 10: retail offer closes 5pm Sydney time.
June 12: SpaceX shares begin trading on the NASDAQ.
