Below is the text of the 1 written question submitted at the 7 minute Jade Gas (JGH) virtual AGM held on May 30 2025. See notice of meeting and voting results with no protest votes. Market cap $15m. Emailed early on the morning of the meeting seeking access details and Aaron Bertolatti replied 29 minutes before kick off with the Zoom link which then didn't have the Q&A function enabled for written questions. Accumulated losses of $21m and claims net assets of $21.5m so investors have dropped around $27m.
Q1.Is a recording being made of this meeting and will it be published on your website for the benefit of the nearly 1000 shareholders who were not able to tune in live to today's AGM. I had 2 other AGMs at the same time today because by waiting until the last possible day, you have clashed with 37 other disorganised public companies (see full list) holding their AGM on the last possible day. Please hold your AGM earlier next year.
Answer: After lobbing these 6 questions at the clashing Rocket DNA Zoom virtual AGM, this was the only question 1 had time to lob into the chat function. They ignored it. The normal Q&A Zoom function was disabled. Strangely, I appeared by video on the screen as if in board meeting which presumably meant no other shareholders attended. Watch this video via Twitter of how the meeting finished, closing with my sarcastic remark "thanks guys, that was nice and short".
