November 6, 2026

Below is the text of the 3 written questions submitted at the Lindsay Australia (LAU) 11am Brisbane time hybrid via the Computershare platform on November 6, 2026. See notice of meeting detailing just 2 voting resolutions. Market cap $258m on AGM day. See 3 questions asked at 2025 AGM. The proxies were disclosed early in the formal addresses. There were no protest votes.

Q1. Congratulations on cracking $1 billion in revenue. How are we placed with the climate reporting requirements which are being phased in with larger companies first. Are we taking a pro-disclosure approach to it or is the board and the lawyers lending towards not revealing too much about our operations?

Q2. As we get larger, are more proxy advisers covering us? It would have been better to disclose the proxies earlier to the ASX along with the formal addresses. Will we do that next year and have there been any material protest votes against any of the resolutions, including this remuneration report item?

Answer: The chair... Watch video of exchange via Twitter.

Q3. At last year's AGM, chair Ian Williams claimed that the share register had turned over by 50% since the new CEO Clay McDonald was appointed two years earlier. How does he even know that? Has the high turnover of shareholders continued over the past 12 months? When we release our results twice a year, how many analysts engage with the company and how many major shareholders do we have direct contact with about the figures?
