Q1. Why didn't we offer our retail shareholders a share purchase plan after this year's placement which is being approved today? Will you offer your retail shareholders a make-good SPP before next year's AGM?

Q2. In terms of AGM best practice, hybrid meetings are better than virtual meetings. Will you offer a hybrid next year with an ability to both attend in person and online? It is also better when companies disclose the proxy votes to the ASX along with formal addresses. Will you do that next year and were there any material proxy protest votes today. Finally, I've had to duck into another AGM after lodging these questions. Will a full copy of the AGM webcast be published on your website for the benefit of shareholders who were unable to watch live?
Answer: The chair... Watch video of exchange via Twitter.
Q3. There have been many substantial protest votes against resolutions like this at public companies over the years & multiple defeats. It is not good practice to allow a board to selectively place up to 25% of the company's shares to anyone they like over a 12 month period, diluting the existing shareholders without compensation for lost property rights. What is our history of doing selective placements, why are we asking for this authority and has there been a substantial protest vote against it? Will you not do this next year?
