Q1. How many full time equivalent staff do we currently have and is this likely to fall over the coming 12 months with the rapid roll out of AI? Which parts of our business and operations are the most prospective for AI productivity gains and how energetically are we embracing those opportunities? Also, to what extent do we allow third party AI agents into our systems, and to what extent do we block agents like the way Amazon initially blocked Meta's Muse when it was first launched?

Q2. AI tells me that Perpetual reappointed KPMG following an audit tender process in 2006 under your policy reviewing the audit every seven years. How long has KPMG been our auditor, when was the last tender and when is the next tender likely to occur? Given the confidentiality issues in the KPMG Sydney audit team, could the current audit signing partner comment on how communications were handled to retain the Perpetual account as the mishandled whistleblower issues evolved throughout the year?
