October 28, 2026

Below is the text of the 4 written questions submitted at the Shape Australia (SHA) 2pm hybrid AGM in Sydney and via Zoom on October 28, 2026. See notice of meeting detailing 4 resolutions. the booming office fit-outs company had a market cap $539m on AGM day. The proxies were not disclosed early in the formal addresses.

Q1. Congratulations on a terrific year and thank you for allowing live online questions at today's AGM. Now that we're a growing company capitalised at $539m with more than 1000 staff, is it time to hire an internal investor relations and media manager to better sell our story? Also, is today's Zoom AGM webcast being recorded and will a full copy be made available on our website for the benefit of the thousands of shareholders who were unable to tune in live? If not, it just becomes a selective briefing of a tiny minority of shareholders, which is poor practice.

Q2. How long has Shine Wing Australia been our external auditor? When did we last tender the external audit and when are we next planning to tender the external audit? Could the Shinewing signing partner please outline the partner rotation process at the firm and also name any other companies capped at more than $500m which they audit. Now that we're so much larger, more complex and growing quickly, is it time for us to move to having one of the Big Four audit our accounts?

Q3. Which of the proxy advisers covered us this year and did any recommend a vote against any of today's resolutions, including this remuneration report item? If so, what reasons did they give and did this translate into any material protest votes? Please don't say they are confidential. It is standard for companies to be across this detail on the voting recommendations and inform shareholders where relevant.

Q4. Resolution 3 question: "why are we wasting everybody's time refreshing the placement capacity for such a small number of shares? The 396,228 shares involved in this resolution represent just 0.53% of issued capital. Whose idea was it to put this up? Do we have a history of doing selective placements which dilute existing shareholders and does the chair agree pro-rata capital raisings are the fairest way to go? Will the chair rule out doing a big placement before next year's AGM?"
