See notice of meeting detailing 6 agenda items. Gave the lack of online voting a slap on Twitter. See 6 questions asked at 2025 AGM. The proxies were not disclosed early in the formal addresses. There were no protest votes.
Q1. It's a shame you didn't disclose the proxies to your own announcements platform before today's AGM along with the formal addresses. Not doing so leaves us debating in the dark. I also don't understand why the AGM webcast in on a different platform to the one being used to lodge these online questions. Anyway, did any of the proxy advisers recommend against this remuneration report item. If so, what reasons did they give and did it cause a material protest vote?

Q2. Which recruitment firm assisted with the recruitment for our two new directors up for election for the first time today and did either of them know any of our existing directors or KMP before engaging with the recruitment process.
