4 questions lodged at 2026 Sigma Healthcare (SIG) hybrid AGM

October 22, 2026

Below is the text of the 4 written questions submitted at the Sigma Healthcare (SIG) 2pm hybrid AGM in Melbourne at the tennis centre and via the MUFG platform on October 21, 2026. See notice of meeting. Voted on 11 items (including 7 incentive grants) via MUFG on Oct 18. See wrap of the action at 2025 AGM. Gave the hybrid a plug on Twitter. The proxies were not disclosed early in the formal addresses. There were no protest votes.

Q1. Why the change of venue from The Sofitel to the tennis centre for today's AGM? Is there a much bigger turnout this year? The Chemist Warehouse shareholder showbags were fabulous last year so it has probably stimulated a lot more attendance today. How many shareholder showbags have you prepared for today's meeting? Finally, thank you for once again running a best practice hybrid AGM, unlike other major companies such as BHP and Fortescue.

Answer: Awaiting the webcast archive.

Q2. It would have been better if you'd disclosed the proxies to the ASX along with the formal addresses, to more promptly inform the market and allow for a more fully informed AGM debate. Will you do that next year? Did any of the proxy advisory firms recommend a vote against any of today's remuneration-related resolutions and did it lead to a material protest vote? If so, please summarise the issues.

Answer: Awaiting the webcast archive but there were no protest votes.

Q3. The founding families and executives are still over-represented on this board, relative to their shareholdings. Does Damien Gance really need to remain a full voting director? Could he comment on the biggest cultural and operational shifts that he has encountered since transitioning to be an ASX50 director 18 months ago.

Answer: Awaiting the webcast archive.

Q4. Thanks to Michael Sammells for competently chairing the related party transactions committee and opting for very high levels of transparency. There are so many RPTs it is hard to keep up. As part of his re-election, could Michael please summarise the types of related party transactions that have been phased out since the merger and also identify areas where the size and quantum of ongoing related party deals are expected to decline over the coming years.

Answer: Awaiting the webcast archive.
