Q1. Well done for voluntarily putting up the rem report. Why does the chair think so few other dual-listed NZ companies do this? I'm asked for it more than 50 times in Kiwi AGMs and you're the only company which has agreed to do it voluntarily. Well done and please keep it up.

Answer: Enjoyed giving Fletcher Building chair Peter Crowley a big pat on the back for this. He appreciated it and then explained how the two systems work. Watch video of exchange via Twitter, plus see this coverage of the issue in Kiwi web publication Business Desk.

Q2. The Sky City chair told their AGM this morning that the litigation with Fletcher Building is likely to last another 2 years. Is it really that entrenched? How much have we spent on the lawyers so far and is the audit committee chair (Sandra Dodds), who is up for re-election today, comfortable with the idea of running a multi-year case against another listed company?

Answer: “They're suing us”, chair Peter Crowley stressed. It was strange they ran clashing AGMs. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.
