Q2. After a series of controversies, our long term corporate adviser David Williams quit as chair of ASX-listed Polynovo last October. What is our history with Mr Williams and is he currently advising the company? The Kidder Williams website quotes our chair Barry Irvin saying “Kidder Williams will work all hours of the day and night to make sure their clients are successful”. Did the Polynovo situation cause any review of this relationship?
Answer: Barry Irwin said the relationship with Williams was long and deep, going back beyond the float and his 26 year run as executive chair, but he also stressed the primary adviser was Kidder Williams CEO Tim Faulkner, who has advised the business for 20 years. Q3. Is Peter Margin intending to serve a full 3 year term and is this likely to be his final term on the board? What does he believe are the best 2 decisions Bega has made during his 15 years on the board?
