See notice of meeting detailing just 3 voting resolution. See 5 questions submitted at 2024 AGM and 4 questions submitted in 2025. Voted for solitary director and against both rem items. Market cap $6.14b on AGM day. The proxies were not disclosed early in the formal addresses. There were no protest votes.
Q1. It's a shame you once again didn't disclose the proxy votes to the ASX with the formal addresses, leaving us debating in the dark. Did any of the proxy advisers recommend a vote against any of today's resolutions, including this rem report item? Were there any material protest votes? Last year the chair hid behind confidentiality and made it sound like I was asking her to publish the full proxy adviser reports. All I'm after is a summary of recommendations, which I've seen dozens of chairs do.
