Q1. Will a full recording of the meeting be made available on your website for the benefit of shareholders who were not able to participate live? Also, can future meetings please be held as a hybrid to maximise accountability and shareholder participation?
Answer: The question wrangler Rowan Cole claimed I'd lodged 7 questions or statements which were on capital raisings generally and not specifically related to the resolutions but promised to answer these later. This was clearly wrong. Chair Paul Hopper should have insisted that these be read out and dealt with on the day, rather than having a no questions 10 minute virtual EGM. Q2. After these latest raisings, we now have more than 3 billion ordinary shares on issue yet our market cap today is only $39m. Will the board propose a share consolidation at the next AGM as this is getting ridiculous with the stock trading below 1c.

Q3. In terms of who actually buys the shares, I've never liked the standard "or his nominee" provision which the lawyers routinely slip into these sorts of resolution. Will the recipients of equity issues today personally take up these shares in his own name, or will the stock be going into some corporate vehicle or a relative's name? Could the other director recipients also clarify their intentions on this matter?
