Below is the text of the 4 written questions submitted at the 44 minute IkeGPS (IKE) 1pm Auckland time virtual AGM on September 10, 2026 via the MUFG platform. All but one of them were censored. See notice of meeting detailing 3 resolutions. Market cap $175m on AGM day. The proxies were not disclosed early in the formal addresses.
Q1. Why aren't we running a best practice hybrid AGM today rather than this wholly online virtual gathering? Is CEO Glenn Milnes worried that an angry shareholder might storm the stage? It's best if shareholders can meet directors in person and will you allow for this at next year's AGM?

Q2. Rather than just putting up a resolution to resolve on auditor pay, why don't you follow Australian law and put up an AGM resolution for approval of the company's overall remuneration practices and policies? Given that the likes of Fletcher Building and Xero put up remuneration report resolutions voluntarily, will you follow suit at next year's AGM as a matter of good corporate practice and respect for the opinions of shareholders?

Q3. It's unfortunate that Roderick Snodgrass hasn't fronted up for his inaugural AGM and election today. Could the chair comment on the recruitment process that led to his appointment to the board. Was a head hunter involved and how competitive was it? Did the full board interview any other candidates? Did any of our directors or KMP know Roderick before he engaged with the recruitment process?
Answer: Because question wrangler James MacDonald didn't read the Snodgrass question properly, they didn't answer it? Instead we just heard how great he is and they were silent on whether a recruitment firm was used, it was a competitive process and any connections Snodgrass had before the process, if there was one, kicked off. For all we know, the chairman just plonked an old mate onto the board. This question is designed to stamp out inside job old boy mates appointments like used to occur in the past. Q4. Given our future seems to be all about the US market, does it still make sense that we remain a NZ registered company headquartered in Wellington, with a dual listing on the ASX? What is the current split between Australia, NZ and rest of the world in terms of shareholder numbers and share value? Also, if IkeGPS was to be bought, would a utility company be the most likely predator or would it more likely be a software company?
