2 questions lodged at 2026 Aroa Biosurgery (ARX) virtual AGM

August 20, 2026

Below is the text of the 2 written questions submitted at the Aroa Biosurgery (ARX) 9am AEST virtual AGM held via this Zoom link on August 19, 2026. Also followed up with one oral comment about audit tendering. See notice of meeting detailing 5 resolutions. Market cap $200m on AGM day. The proxies were not disclosed early in the formal addresses and there were no protest votes.

Q1. BDO has been the external auditor for many years. When did we last tender the audit and when are we next planning to tender the audit?"

Answer: The CFO ran through the usual we "rotate the partner every 5 years" defence but it sounded like they've never run a tender. Watch wonky video of exchange via Twitter. After not being happy with the CFO's response, put the hand up on zoom and gave them a gentle oral spray for never running an audit tender. Expect they now will as 13 years with no tender is just embarrassing.

Q2. Dr Brian Ward became the CEO of Aroa Biosurgery when he founded the company in 2008. I'm a relatively new Australian shareholder. Could Dr Ward please summarise his past LTI grants as to whether they have vested or lapsed. Also, has he ever sold any ordinary shares in the company or bought any on market without relying on an incentive scheme to build his equity position in the company? Please don't say look it up in the annual report and through ASX announcements. It's complicated over more than a decade and the CEO could factually summarise the situation in 60 seconds.

Answer: After excellent question wrangling by Tracey to step in and stop the chair moving past the question on the CEO's LTI vesting history, said founder/CEO Dr Brian Ward gave a great answer. Has never sold a share and also never received any LTI vesting. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.
