Below is the text of the 2 written questions submitted at the 25 Aspire Minerals (AKM) 2pm virtual AGM via the MUFG platform on May 28, 2026. They are a Brisbane-based aspiring miner in Mongolia and used Zoom for last year's AGM. Market cap $122m on AGM day. There was a remarkable 97% vote against two executive incentive grants at the 2025 AGM. See text of 5 questions lodged last year which were all ignored. See notice of meeting detailing 7 items of business. The proxies were not disclosed early and nor were the formal addresses. The only modest protest vote was 8% against the additional 10% placement capacity. Was the only shareholder asking questions.
Q1. There was a remarkable 97% votes against two executive incentive grants at the 2025 AGM and all 5 of my written questions were ignored. Will you explain this year what caused the massive protest last year and what changes we made to incentive arrangements as a result. Has there been any remuneration related defeats today?

Q2. By requesting this additional 10% placement capacity, you're signaling a desire to have the option of placing up to 25% of our shares to anyone you like, by-passing your existing shareholders. Will you undertake not to request this again at the 2027 AGM and if doing another selective placement over the next 12 months, will you undertake to offer all shareholders a chance to participate on the same terms as the "sophisticated" placement recipients through a share purchase plan?
