See notice of meeting detailing 10 items of business. Market cap $5m on AGM day. Accumulated losses of $15m and net assets of $3.3m. The proxies were not disclosed early in this 20 slide AGM presentation. There were no protest votes. Was the only shareholder asking questions.

Q1. When we recently raised $670,000 through a selective placement, why didn't we offer our 453 retail shareholders a share purchase plan so they could participate on the same term as the "sophisticated" placement recipients? Will you offer an SPP before next year's AGM?

Q2. What is the logic of this business being listed on the ASX and how much does this listing cost shareholders each year? How many staff do we have in Australia and what proportion of our revenue and customers are sourced from Australia? Which country is our most important market?

Q3. Is this AGM being recorded? If so, could you please publish a full copy of the AGM webcast on your website for the benefit of the 400+ shareholders who were unable to tune in live?

Q4. Thank you for lodging a comprehensive 20-slide AGM presentation with the ASX before the AGM commenced and for delivering an excellent and information presentation at the start of the meeting. Next year, could you please include the proxy votes in this ASX disclosure so I don't need to ask questions like this one? Were there any material protest votes against any of today's 10 items of business? Is so, please summarise any concerns that were communicated by shareholders to the company.
