Turned what would have been a 7 minute AGM into a 17 minute meeting by attending via video (is oral not written questions). Was just me and the board on Microsoft Teams. Below is a summary of the debate at the Sarytogan Graphite (SGA) 4pm Perth time hybrid AGM on May 27, 2026.Had to personally email the cosec to gain online access. Did this on April 24 and was sent a link on the day. The notice of meeting details 5 resolutions. Market cap $19m on AGM day. Latest balance sheet shows $15.3m in accumulated losses and net assets of $25m. Nothing was disclosed to the ASX before the meeting. They added head count data in the poll results after a verbal request at AGM. No protest votes.
