2 questions lodged at 2026 Freelancer (FLN) hybrid AGM

Below is the text of the 2 written questions submitted at the 33 minute Freelancer (FLN) 4pm hybrid AGM in Sydney, although had to email investor@freelancer.com to request online access. I was the only online questioner. Was late due to a clash with the regular fortnightly ABC Melbourne radio spot at 4.20pm. See notice of meeting. Voted via Boardroom on April 26. Had a market cap of $63m on 2026 AGM day after a poor year. No protest votes in 2025 when asked these 7 written questions. The proxies were and the formal addresses were not not disclosed to the ASX before the AGM.
Q1. When did we last tender the audit and when will we next tender the audit?

Q2. Will you disclose the head count data with the poll results to the ASX so we can see retail shareholder sentiment?
Answer: Executive chairman Matt Barrie didn't understand this head count voting disclosure request, so suspect they'll continue with the practice of not doing it. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.
