The proxies were disclosed early in the formal addresses once again and biggest protest was 7% against director Trudy Vonhoff. They once again embraced head count data. Chair Roger Sharp explained that they had dinner the previous week and Mr Mitchell concluded that deputy CEO is not a real job and he should never have taken it.
