CEO Kate Thorley is also on the board along with just two independents: JoAnna Fisher and Kurt Zuber. The management fee is a flat 0.88% (plus GST), plus 20% of out-performance against the benchmark.

WAM Alternative Assets (WMA): held a 68 minute hybrid AGM in Sydney on October 9, 2025 plus via the Lumi platform used by Boardroom. Michael Cottier is the independent chair and Geoff Wilson was first appointed in September 2020. He was last re-elected in 2025 with more than 5% against. CEO Kate Thorley is not on this board and the independent directors are John Baillie, Adrian Siew and Kym Evans. Market cap $198m on March 27, 2026.
Future Generation Global (FGG): will be holding a May 20 hybrid AGM in 2026 at the Museum of Sydney. Founder Geoff Wilson was first appointed in May 2015 and suffered a hefty 18.8% protest vote when last re-elected in May 2025. CEO Kate Thorley is also on the board along with independent chair Jennifer Westacott and fellow independent directors Geoff R Wilson, Adelaide McDonald, Hanna Ebeling, Kiera Grant and Sarah Morgan. Market cap $623m on March 27, 2026.
Future Generation Australia (FGX): will be holding a May 20 hybrid AGM in 2026 at the Museum of Sydney. Founder Geoff Wilson was first appointed in July 2014 and was comfortably re-elected in November 2025. CEO Kate Thorley is also on the board along with independent chair Dr Philip Lowe and fellow independents Mike Baird, David Leeton, David Paradice, Stephanie Lai and Gabriel Radzyminski. Market cap $536m on March 27, 2026.
Keybridge Capital (KBC): Geoff Wilson was appointed to the board in February 2025, which was confirmed by the NSW Supreme Court in March 2025, after teaming up with Antony Catalano and ousting shareholder activist Nicholas Bolton following a long legal battle.
Yowie Group (YOW): Geoff Wilson was appointed to the board on June 27 2025 along with Antony Catalano as part of the long war against Nicholas Bolton, spanning multiple legal actions.
Staude Capital Global Value Fund (GVF): Geoff Wilson was first appointed to the board in April 2014 . Market cap $264m on March 27, 2026. They sought an extra 10% placement capacity and failed to disclose headcount turnout at November 2025 AGM. Geoff Wilson was comfortably elected at 2024 AGM where they did disclose headcount data.
Pengana International Equities (PIA): On September 2 last year WAM Strategic Value proposed removing 3 of the directors from Pengana International Equities (PIA) and appointing Geoff Wilson and 3 colleagues to the board, sparking a sharp rebuke from Russell Pillemer. The 76 page notice of meeting dropped on September 19 and the coup prevailed 55%-45% at the October 21 AGM, putting Geoff Wilson on his 15th public company board, effective October 21.
OTHER GEOFF WILSON ACTIVISM MOVES
Geoff Wilson also ran hostile for the board Platinum Capital last year as part of an attempt to block the merger with L1 Group but was rejected at the hostile Platinum Capital (PMC) hybrid EGM called by L1 Capital for 10am in Sydney and via Link/MUFG to install their own slate of directors, but were unsuccessful.
