2 questions lodged at 2025 MedAdvisor hybrid AGM

November 29, 2025

Below is the text of the 2 written questions submitted at the MedAdvisor (MDR) 10am virtual AGM Sydney time via Zoom for Q&A and Computershare for voting. See notice of meeting. Market cap was $12.7m on AGM day. The proxies were not disclosed early in the formal addresses. Only protest last year 12.4% against proportional takeovers renewal, but asked these 6 questions at a wild EGM with huge protest votes earlier in 2025. Come this AGM there were was a huge 68% rem strike and 37% against re-election of acting chair Kate Hill. Awaiting webcast to see what responses were provided.

Q1. Will you undertake to make sure a full copy of the AGM webcast is published on your website for the benefit of the thousands of shareholders unable to tune in live to a virtual AGM on Zoom at 10am on a work day? Also, please run a hybrid AGM next year which is better for shareholder access and board accountability.

Answer:

Q2. Best practice is to disclose the proxy position early to the ASX along with the formal addresses which you haven't done today. In light of the multiple resolution which were defeated at the EGM earlier this year, please inform the meeting in a timely manner if there have been any material protest votes against any of today's resolutions. For instance, have we received a remuneration strike and has the interim chair Kate Hill been re-elected, based on the proxy votes?

Answer: turns out there was a huge 68% rem strike and 37% against re-election of acting chair Kate Hill.
