4 questions lodged at 2025 Monadelphous hybrid AGM

November 25, 2025

Below is the text of the 4 written questions submitted at the Monadelphous (MND) 10am Perth time hybrid and via the Computershare platform on November 25, 2025. See notice of meeting and voting results. Market cap was $2.7b on AGM day. The proxies were disclosed early in the formal addresses. See modest 10 questions asked at last 3 hybrid AGMs.

Q1. Thanks for offering another high quality hybrid AGM this year, which allows us east coast shareholders to participate and vote live on the day without having to fly to the world's most isolated city. You have also done well by disclosing the proxy position to the ASX with the formal addresses, which showed there were no material protest votes on any items of business, just like last year. All up, this is very good, especially with the share price at a record high. The only additional request I've got is disclosure of the poll results by both shares and shareholders, so we can see what the sentiment was amongst the 8500 retail shareholders and just how low retail voting rates have fallen since the move away from paper voting. If even our share register provider Computershare does this at its AGMs, why do you keep resisting this request?

Q2. Well done for growing staff numbers by 20% to 9100 this year whilst delivering a record high share price lifting the market capitalisation to an impressive $2.7 billion. Is that staff number likely to fall over the coming 12 months with the rapid roll out of AI? Which parts of our business and operations are the most prospective for AI productivity gains and how energetically are we embracing those opportunities?

Q3. Could the CEO please summarise the extent and breadth of engagement he has with analysts, brokers, fund managers and institutional investors after each 6 monthly results release to the ASX? How does that compare with what the company does for its 8,570 retail investors? What is our approach to running big end of town investor days as many major companies now do? If you do run an investor day before next year's AGM, will you ensure retail investors are also invited to attend?
