Below is the text of the 5 written questions submitted at the 25 minute Pointsbet (PBH) 9am hybrid AGM in Melbourne and via the Computershare platform on November 28, 2025, the last possible day for June 30 balance date AGMs. Market cap $316m after recent decline. Q1. What did our CEO Sam Swanell think of the recent ABC 4 Corners story about the online gambling industry? The Northern Territory regulatory system looked like a joke? What was our experience like obtaining a licence from the Northern Territory and have they stepped up the regulatory pressure recently after being painted as inept by the ABC's premier investigative television program? Have we ever been sanctioned or fined by the Northern Territory regulator?
Answer: The CEO claimed the NT is a great regulator and the head of legal said they have suffered the odd sanction but less than others. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.
Q2. Could Brett please comment on what our strategy is with BETR in terms of working with our second largest shareholder. Are we engaging with them constructively or are relations still poor after the recent takeover. For instance, have they caused a remuneration strike today? Also, is Brett intending to serve a full 3 year term?

Q3. What is Mixi's history with PwC and did they drive the decision to move on from RSM? Did we run a competitive tender or just go with Mixi's auditor?
Answer: The head of legal explained that Pointsbet is now a subsidiary of Mixi so they have slotted in Mixi's auditor without a tender. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.
Q4. Could one of the Mixi representatives up for election and participating in this meeting please comment on how committed they are to maintaining Pointsbet's Canadian operation? Does Mixi have any experience dealing in Canada?
Answer: Given Pointsbet is losing $15m a year in Canada, chair Brett Paton said it was a good question but refused to answer or put it to either of the Mixi reps up for election at the AGM. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.
Q5. Has BETR caused that 22.4% against vote on the proxies?
