Q1. How old is Philip Bowman and is he intending to serve a full 3 year term as chair? Also, why does his CV in the notice of meeting exclude the fact that he was a very famous finance director of Coles Myer in 1995 who stepped up on governance issues in a spectacular way that is still talked about across ditch in Australia?
