4 questions lodged at 2025 Paradigm hybrid AGM

November 19, 2025

Below is the text of the 4 written questions submitted at the Paradigm Pharma (PAR) 11am virtual Melb time via Automic platform on November 19, 2025. Market cap circa $141m after rollercoaster year. See notice of meeting and voting results. The proxies were disclosed early in the formal addresses.

Q1. When did we last tender the external auditor and when are we likely to next tender the audit?

Answer: The chair... Watch video of exchange via Twitter.

Q2. Any chance you can run a best practice hybrid AGM next year and when disclosing the voting outcome today, please get Automic to include the headcount data disclosing how many shareholders voted for and against. If the likes of Qantas, ASX, Myer and all the Geoff Wilson LICs can do this, why not Paradigm? It makes public retail shareholder sentiment and encourages future voting participation, plus it is always interesting to see how many small shareholders voted against the remuneration report.

Q3. What's the history of asking for the extra 10% placement capacity and any chance you can drop the request next year as it sends a message that you're planning a monster placement when the fairest way to raise capital is pro-rata. Has there been a material protest vote against this resolution and how many times have we done placements without an SPP for retail shareholders over the years. Stand alone placements are very poor practice and are enabled by resolutions like this one?

Q4. I couldn't find a copy of last year's AGM webcast on your website but there are copies of the results webcast and other presentations. Out of respect for your thousands of retail shareholders, more than 95% of whom won't be watching this AGM live, could you please undertake to publish a full copy of the AGM webcast on your website? Even better, why not send a link to the webcast archive to the ASX.
