See notice of meeting and voting results with only modest protest 5.7% against the extra 10% placement capacity. The proxies were not disclosed early in the formal addresses.
Q1. What's the history of asking for the extra 10% placement capacity and any chance you can drop the request next year as it sends a message that you're planning a monster placement when the fairest way to raise capital is pro-rata?
Answer: Don't think old mate shareholder activist Gabriel Radzyminski realised this was me taking a gentle crack at his request for an extra 10% placement capacity. His response talked about the usual flexibility lines but at least they've not used it for many years despite regularly seeking the approval at AGMs. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.
