Below is the text of the 5 written questions submitted at the 45 minute Resimac (RMC) 9.30am virtual AGM held via the Computershare platform on November 18, 2025. Market cap $425m after a better year. See 6 questions asked at 2023 AGM and 6 questions asked at 2024 AGM. See notice of meeting and voting results with no protests. The proxies were not disclosed early in the formal addresses. There were so many people in the room, why not just invite shareholders to join them.

Q2. The AFR's Joyce Moullakis wrote an interesting column on July 11 mentioning our company and predicting that the Australian non-bank lending sector was fertile ground for a range of mergers but she said this wasn't happening because several private equity players had unrealistic selling price expectations. Which of the companies mentioned in this column - Latitiude, HUMM, Latrobe, ScottPac, Liberty, Pepper Money and FirstMac - are our major competitors in the corner of the non-bank lending market that we operate in and are we open to any strategic plays?

Q3. I asked 6 written questions at last year's virtual AGM but wasn't able to watch it live due to other meetings. One of those questions requested that a webcast of the meeting be posted to your website for the benefit of the 2500+ retail shareholders who didn't watch it live. Why didn't you do that and will you publish a copy of today's AGM webcast?

Answer: The chair Wayne Spanner... Watch video of exchange via Twitter.

Q4. When was the external audit last tendered and when will it next be tendered?
Answer: The CFO admitted they hadn't run a tender since 2010 but with an audit partner change at Deloitte proposed this year, he hinted that they would run a tender. Let's hope so. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.

Q5. What is the chair's view about next year offering shareholders a hybrid AGM, disclosing the proxies early with the formal addresses, lifting the 2 question whole of meeting limit on shareholders announced at the start of today's meeting, publishing a copy of the AGM webcast on your website and disclosing the head count data in the poll results, all changes which Resimac needs to make to reach AGM best practice delivered by the likes of Suncorp, Myer, Tabcorp and Stockland?

Answer:
The chair Wayne Spanner read this scripted response saying no to everything. Hopeless. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.

Finally because Resimac is controlled be secretive Rich Lister Duncan Saville it can both run virtual AGMs and also refuse to publish a copy of it virtual AGM webcast. Therefore, watch this IPhone video of new chair Wayne Spanner's election speech just so it's on the record for the 5,000 shareholders. Shouldn't have to do this, Duncan!
