3 questions lodged at 2025 L1 Group hybrid AGM

Below is the text of the 3 written questions submitted at the no questions 28 minute L1 Group (L1G) 10am hybrid in Melbourne and via Computershare platform on November 18, 2025. Market cap $2.5b for the old Platinum before it merged with L1. None were read out as each was lodged as items were being dealt with and they don't get through the Computershare plumbing immediately. Chairs should return to general questions at the end to pick these questions up. No protest votes. The proxies were disclosed early in the formal addresses. Q1. I've noticed that L1 Group often pops up cornerstoning selective placements where retail shareholders get shafted because the company doesn't offer retail shareholders an opportunity to materially participate on the same terms through a share purchase plan. The latest example was Rox Resources which is a doing a $200 million raising, with $60m going to L1 Group but only $10m going to us retail shareholders through an SPP. This isn't fair. Please stop negotiating these sorts of deals.

Q2. It is very unusual to have an SPP open whilst running an AGM. Why did you do this but also well done for getting the share price up? Please don't scale back retail shareholders if there are over subscriptions.

Q3. Thanks for offering a hybrid AGM today and disclosing the proxies early to the ASX. Well done for winning such strong support. Can you please disclose the head count data in the poll so we can see retail sentiment on this rem report?
Answer: Not asked but received this email from L1 Group's Bev Thomas at 11.48am, shortly after the 11am AGM wrapped up: "We apologise that we were unable to answer your question at the AGM but we were experiencing technical difficulties with the wifi. It was the first time we had used the venue. We have subsequently assessed your question and will not be publishing the number of shareholders voting on the REM Report as this resolution is not subject to any headcount test."
