Below is the text of the 2 written questions submitted at the 100 minute Coast Entertainment (CEH) hybrid AGM held on November 6 2025, plus a summary of the answers and some video grabs via Twitter. Q1. Could chairman Gary Weiss please explain why he is collaborating with the private equity owner of our competitors at Village Roadshow to call an EGM at fellow travel industry company Webjet? Given that we own Dreamworld and TPG owns Sea World and Movie World, is it appropriate for the owners/directors of competing SE Queensland theme parks to be associating like this? Has Gary spoken to TPG principal Ben Gray about what he is doing at Movie World and Sea World or do they only talk about Webjet? Does our company have any dealings with Webjet and could there be any synergies to benefit our company from the chairman's Webjet activism?

Q2. How is chair Gary Weiss managing his current workload? After chairing today's Coast AGM, tomorrow he'll chair the Ariadne AGM in Sydney, where he is the long term executive chair. He'll then chair the Cromwell AGM in Brisbane on November 11 and then on November 23 he's called a hostile EGM at Webjet in Melbourne. Does this ridiculous workload explain why Myer, where Gary last year stepped up as the "lead independent director", was recently forced to delay its November 28 AGM until December 11? How does he juggle all of this?
