2025 Polynovo hybrid AGM

Below is some issue canvassed ahead of the 107 minute Polynovo (PNV) hybrid AGM held in Melbourne at Collins Arch (Minter Ellison, level 20 447 Collins St) on October 28, 2025 and via the Computershare platform with a late addition to the agenda adding a new director. See notice of meeting. Market cap was $874m on the Friday before the AGM with the stock 10% short. Hasn't previously disclosed proxies early or provided extra voting data.
