Below is some issue canvassed ahead of the 107 minute Polynovo (PNV) hybrid AGM held in Melbourne at Collins Arch (Minter Ellison, level 20 447 Collins St) on October 28, 2025 and via the Computershare platform with a late addition to the agenda adding a new director. See notice of meeting. Market cap was $874m on the Friday before the AGM with the stock 10% short. Hasn't previously disclosed proxies early or provided extra voting data. See 10 questions asked at 2022 AGM. Latest annual report says it has 19,061 shareholders. It was booted from the ASX200 on September 5 this year. There are no substantial holders and former chair David Williams owns 21.65m of the 690.7m shares on issue or 3.13%. See voting results with data on David Williams defeat taken out.
