4 questions lodged at 2025 Connexion Mobility virtual AGM

November 9, 2025

Below is the text of the 4 written questions submitted at the 24 minute Connexion Mobility (CXZ) virtual AGM held via Zoom at 9am on October 16 2025, plus a summary of the answers and some video grabs via Twitter. See notice of meeting. Market cap $21m with shares at 2.6c. The proxies weren't disclosed early in the formal addresses. Has been listed since 1974. Biggest protest 8% against rem report and no webcast of AGM published.

Q1. The ASX website says we have been listed since 1974. As a relatively new shareholder, can anyone explain the company's history as a listed entity for 51 years and how is it that we've only got $US8.8m of issued capital over that time. Well done for creating value given the market cap is currently $21m yet out audited accounts only show net assets of $US7.5m and accumulated losses of $US1.4m. Given this seemingly good performance, why do we have so many shares on issue such that the stock trades at 2.6c?"

Answer: The CEO Aaryn Nania gave a good summary of the history including how a start up back door listed into an old mining company in 2014. Watch video of exchange via Twitter, plus this excellent summary from Aaryn.

Q2. Item 4 question: Does this mean you're going to do a big placement before next year's AGM? If so, will you offer retail shareholders an SPP and wouldn't it be better to do a pro rata capital raising that treats all shareholders equally?

Answer: The CEO offered up the usual flexibility excuse but stressed they had no current plans to do a big placement. Watch video of exchange via Twitter, plus these additional comments by the CEO.

Q3. Could Samuel Baker please spell out his credentials and what does he think about doing a share consolidation?

Answer: US-based director Samuel Baker spelt out his credentials but had to have the consolidation component explained to him which was fair enough because they are known as reverse splits in the US. Watch video of exchange via Twitter, plus these additional comments on the need to diversity away from GM.
Q4. At next year's AGM, would it be possible to go through the formal addresses before dealing with the items of business as this would give shareholders more time to think about asking questions?

Answer:
Not sure of the answer because it wasn't asked before the CEO started his preso and was elsewhere by then. Watch video of end of the formals via Twitter.
