Below is the text of the 4 written questions submitted at the hostile Articore (ATG) virtual EGM held on August 22 2025, plus a summary of the answers and some video grabs via Twitter. See notice of meeting and voting results which showed incumbent board survived the challenge relatively comfortably. Market cap was $72.5m on EGM day. Q1. Did the company we edit any of the material that the requisitioning shareholders submitted to be included in the notice of meeting?

Answer: The chair Robin Mendelson claimed that "to the best of my knowledge", nothing was edited. As chair of the company, she should know definitively. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.

Q2. Christine Christian is a highly regarded professional director. Why did the chair recommend against her?

Answer: The chair Robin Mendelson said they tried to be constructive and collaborative but Christine, who is the current of the State Library of Victoria board, declined to participate in a board run process to source a single new Australian-based director to join the board.
