Below is the text of the 4 written questions submitted at the DorsaVi (DVL) virtual EGM held via Zoom on August 15, 2025. See notice of meeting and voting results. Market cap was $37m on EGM day. No early disclosure of the proxies. Wasn't able to listen live as it clashed with an online radio interview with Jeremy Cordeaux in Adelaide, hence the request for an archive of the webcast to be published after lobbing these 4 brief and rushed questions into the Zoom Q&A as it started at 11am.
Q1. Why weren't retail shareholders offered an SPP after the placement?
Q2. Will a copy of the webcast be made available on your website for shareholders unable to watch live?
Q3. Will the next shareholder meeting be a hybrid to maximise shareholder participation and accountability?
Q4. Resolution 4: Couldn't we have paid them in cash not shares?
