Norwest Minerals (NWM): bought 41,667 at 1.2c on July 8 2025 ahead of 9.30am Perth time virtual EGM via Zoom less than two weeks later to approve 17 share issues including broker options and director options. Appointed Kerry Stokes as proxy via Automic on July 18 and voted for 9 items and against 7. Market cap $11.6m on EGM day. Latest balance sheet shows $9.5m of accumulated losses and net assets of $24.5m. The meeting lasted just 9 minutes.

Q1. With a market cap of just $11.6 million, did we really need to come up with 17 different resolutions at today's EGM? Aren't we over-complicating things?

Q2. Who is the returning officer for today's votes as 17 items and lots of related party approvals is a complicated job? Could the representative from Automic please summarise how the voting exclusions were handled and have there been any material protest votes against any of today's resolutions?

Q3. Resolution 5: Are any of the proposed recipients of these equity grants proposing to assign the shares to someone other than themselves. If not, why is this power included in the formal text of the resolutions?
