Q1. Why do you refuse to hold hybrid AGMs like the vast majority of non-controlled ASX300 companies, forcing your 9,000 shareholders to fly or drive to Sydney to participate?

Answer: the chair explained that they had no online questions for a couple of years after COVID, so they returned to the physical format, which is a reasonable response as not enough shareholders take up these online opportunities. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.

Q2. What is the cost of getting MUFG to deliver online voting and questions at the AGM?

Q3.What did the proxy advisers recommend?
