May 8, 2025

Below is the text of the 2 written questions submitted at the 43 minute Bougainville Copper (BOC) hybrid AGM held in Port Moresby and via the Computershare platform on May 8, 2025. See notice of meeting and voting results. Market cap was $134m on AGM day.

Q1. Thank you for offering a hybrid AGM today so that Australian-based shareholders like me can participate in the meeting online from Melbourne. Will you make a full copy of the AGM webcast available on your website for the benefit of shareholders who were unable to watch proceedings live?

Q2. The Rio Tinto CEO told shareholders at last week's AGM in Perth that he visited Panguna last year and was taking an interest in the debate about the future of the mine site, which is still largely untouched since operations ceased in 1989. What is Rio Tinto's current involvement with the BOC board and what role should Rio Tinto play in the future of our company and the mine site at Panguna? They are committed to spending $A2 billion cleaning up its Ranger uranium mine in Australia's sensitive Kakadu National Park near Darwin. Should they commit a similar sum to Panguna?
