May 1, 2025

Below is the text of the 4 written questions submitted at the 15 minute Zoom2U (Z2U) virtual EGM held on May 1 2025, plus a summary of the answers and some video grabs via Twitter. See notice of meeting and voting results. Market cap was $11m on EGM day.

Q1. Will a recording of today's meeting be made available on our website for the 1600-plus retail shareholders who weren't able to tune in live?

Answer: Not asked.

Q2. An investment of only 20k for the chair is very small. Why did we even bother with something this immaterial? How was the size of the different director investments determined?

Answer:
The different amounts of the 4 directors participating (only 150k in total) was driven by personal circumstances. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.

Q3. Why wasn't this raising done as a pro-rata offer that didn't require shareholder approval as opposed to a selective placement? Does putting up this placement refresh resolution suggest you are looking at doing yet another selective placement before the next AGM?

Answer: The chair declined to answer and I was told they'd take it off line. Another director then talked about directors paying overs when this question was about pro-rata versus selective. Watch video of exchange via Twitter.

Q4. What is the history of the Zoom 2 U name and what process did we go through in selecting the proposed new name?

Answer: Watch video of exchange via Twitter.
