It has around 5,500 shareholders and Regal is the largest with just under 10%. Joined the placement only shame file with a $40 million placement at 73c in November 2023 with no follow up SPP.
Alterity Therapeutics (ALT)/Prana Biotechnology (PBT): own 10 shares in 2026 and first got on register when was known as Prana Biotechnology (PBT), changing its name on April 8, 2019, to reflect its focus on developing treatments for neurodegenerative diseases, particularly Parkinson's and related movement disorders. Magnetic Resources (MAU): went into a trading halt at 9.45am on August 18 and then The AFR's Street Talk column reported at 2.51pm that day that it had "launched a capital raising on Monday morning to raise $30 million from investors". Stock was $1.37 before the raise giving it a market cap of $367m. Before the ASX knew anything, The AFR explained that "Argonaut Securities was the global co-ordinator and joint lead manager and bookrunner alongside Shaw and Partners on the raising. New shares were being offered at $1.30 – a 5.1% discount to the last close." The formal announcement dropped at 10.01am on August 19 and the placement had been lifted to $35m. No SPP so they've been added to this “placement only shame file”. The stock closed at $1.30 on August 22 and the ticket clippers were paid an excessive 5% cash fee. The pricing is just 9c, a hefty 21.7% discount to the last close of 11.5c, which reflects the negotiation power of pathology behemeth Sonic Healthcare which is taking up to $8.3m of the placement. The stock had dipped to 8.5c by July 2 and there is no secondary VWAP pricing on the SPP, which is being sold through a hefty 69 page "prospectus". Cannacord and Morgan ran the offer.

However, they ran a virtual EGM in 2025 so let's see where they land with the upcoming AGM.

Tribune Resources (TBR): 9am physical meeting in Kalgoorlie on November 29, 2024. They're once again running a 9am physical AGM in Kalgoorlie on the last possible day in 2025 but this time they have an external board candidate. Market cap has soared to $340m recently. Bought Oct 7. Lodged email nomination at 3.13pm Perth time on October 14. Co Sec Stephen emailed at 10.20am on October 20 saying nomination had been accepted. However, the entire platform was censored out when it dropped on October 28.
Tungsten Mining (TGN): 9.45am physical in Perth on the last day possible, November 29, 2024. See notice of meeting. Market cap had soared to $426m by Sept 2026. Did it again with a 3pm physical AGM in Perth on the last possible day in 2025 with no protests across 20 resolutions for the Canadian dual-listed company capitalised at $234m after a big recent run.

Vection Technologies (VR1): 3pm physical AGM in Perth on November 24, 2025. . Market cap $118m after strong recovery this year.
Veem (VEE): 3pm physical AGM in Perth on November 27, 2025. Market cap $187m after rollercoaster year.
Vertex Minerals (VTX): 3pm physical AGM in Sydney on Friday November 28, 2025. Biggest protest 18% against extra placement capacity. Market cap $77m after a good year.
Victory Metals (VTM): in August 2025 they announced an $11.5m placement with no SPP to follow. Was priced at $1.35, a 15% discount to the 15 day VWAP, and Bell Potter was paid an excessive 6% fee, which included 1 million options to buy stock at $2.70 any time over the next 3 years. The stock was at $1.70 by August 12 2026, giving it a market cap of $213m. They ran a dinosaur physical AGM in Perth on November 19, 2025 and there were no protest votes across the 14 resolution but you needed a magnifying glass to read the announcement. Former WA Labor Minister and Federal politician Alannah MacTiernan is on the board and in October 2025 they crowed about hiring Donald Trump's former deputy chief of staff Emma Doyle to open doors for them.

Viridis Mining & Minerals (VMM): constitution does not appear to be online so emailed the company on August 12 2026 requesting a copy. In August 2026 it had an all male board comprising 5 directors. In July 2025 it announced an $11.5m placement at 91c with no SPP for retail shareholders. Stock had soared to $4.21 by August 2026 giving it a market cap of $562 million so retail shareholders were badly diluted. Ran a dinosaur physical AGM in Perth on November 24, 2025 where there were 5 double digit protest votes. The 2025 annual report reveals it has 2,010 shareholders.
VRX Silica (VRX): 11am physical in Perth on November 29, 2024. See notice of meeting. Market cap $35.8m. Lowest of all 4 protests was 11.6% against extra 10% placement capacity.
Vulcan Energy Resources (VUL): 3pm physical EGM in Perth on October 10 2025 to approve single placement resolution. Market cap $2.31b in early 2026. Has got around 27,000 shareholders. Ran a physical AGM in Perth on May 28, 2025.
Vysarn (VYS): constitution outlines a minimum of 3 directors with no maximum and in August 2026 it had an all male 5 man board with just two non-executive directors. Nominations must be 35 business days before AGM and shareholders can self-nominate. It is a serial offender when it comes to doing placements without an SPP. Has a history of doing dinosaur physical AGMs in Perth in late November. Biggest protest in 2025 was a 12.7% vote against the remuneration report. The 2025 annual report reveals it had 2,493 shareholders.
WA1 Resources (WA1): 10am physical in Perth on November 19, 2024. See notice of meeting. Did the same again in November 2025. Have just broken into the ASX300. Market cap $1.41b in early 2026. They are also a serial offender when it comes to doing placements without an SPP.
Waratah Minerals (WTM): $30m two tranche placement at 57c to advance its gold mining aspirations at a premium to the recent price. Bell Potter was named as pocketing the exorbitant 5% cash management fee. The company was capitalised at $175m on August 22 2025 with the stock rising to 66c. No SPP so they've been added to this “placement only shame file”. The second tranche of $18.2m is subject to shareholder approval. The last AGM was a physical affair in Sydney on May 29,2025.
WellnexLife (WNX): 11.30am physical meeting at Port Melbourne on last possible day of November 29, 2024. See notice of meeting. Market cap $20m. Narrowly avoided a rem strike after 26.5% against on the proxies slipped to 24.89% after the Computershare poll.
West African Resources (WAF): market cap hit $3.79b in early 2026. No archive of past AGM recordings. Was a physical AGM in Perth in on May 10, 2024. See notice of meeting. Biggest protests 13.4% against 3 performance rights resolutions. Did the same again in 2025 with a dinosaur physical AGM in Perth. What will they do in May 2026?
West Coast Silver (WCE): noms closed Oct 8, 2025 for November 20 AGM. Market cap around $60m after a boomer year. Ran a Nov 26 physical in Perth in 2024. Exec chair, 4 man board and 4,000 holders with no one above 10%. Did a $6m placement with no SPP this year. Bought Oct 6 then emailed nomination at 2.30pm Perth time on October 8. Received an email the same night confirming acceptance of the nomination. The NoM dropped on October 17 and they censored the platform and called me "Mr Wayne" on page 16.
Westgold Resources (WGX): cracked the ASX200 in September 2024 when its market cap was $2.73b. The 2024 AGM was in Perth on November 28. Ran a physical meeting in 2023. Lodged board nomination at 4.27pm on Friday, October 3, which was the last day for nominations before the November 21 physical AGM in Perth. Didn't include a platform. Cosec Susan Park replied at 5pm on October 10 claiming it wasn't timely, but gave no detail.

Whitefield Industries (WHF), August 2026: ran a dinosaur physical AGM in Sydney with no protest votes. Market cap $603m. With 7,703 shareholder the Gluskies really should be running hybrid AGMs. Gave their dinosaur physical AGM a slap onTwitter.
Whitehaven Coal (WHC): October 26, 2023: 11am physical meeting at The Mint in Sydney. See notice of meeting. The annual report says they 29,030 shareholders and after just agreeing to pay $5 billion for 2 BHP coal mines, this should have been a hybrid. The 2024 meeting was also a physical meeting but at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney. See notice of meeting.
WIA Gold (WIA): noon physical meeting in Perth on November 21, 2024. See notice of meeting. Market cap $191m.
Wildcat Resources (WC8): 12.30pm physical in Perth on November 29, 2024 despite having a market cap of almost $400m. See notice of meeting. Lobbed a board nomination opposing their last possible day physical AGM in Perth in 2025. Market cap below $300m after a poor year. Ran a last day AGM at the CWA in 2024. Has got 7,625 shareholders. Mineral Resources did a $158m raid on their register and ASIC raided them for insider trading material in 2024 and is the largest shareholder. Lodged nomination at 4.55pm Perth time on last possible day. Received a rejection email at 3.33pm on Oct 21, so maybe next year if they don't get with the hybrid AGM program.
Winsome Resources (WR1): 3pm physical in Perth on November 28, 2024. See notice of meeting. Market cap $110m. Same again in 2025 when there were big protests of 36% against multiple director incentive grants.
Worley (WOR): October 20, 2023: it seems chair John Grill is just another billionaire dodging scrutiny after deciding to withdraw the online component of the 2023 AGM. See notice of meeting for 10am physical AGM in Sydney. The annual report says they 24,148 shareholders. The company's website doesn't even provide an archive of past AGM webcasts. Market cap was $8 billion in July 2024. Did it again on November 21, 2024 See notice of meeting.
WRKR Ltd (WRK): software company with a history of holding physical AGMs. I emailed chair Emma Dawson in 2025 requesting a change. Just won a big Aussie Super contract. Did a $15m placement at 9c in August 2025, a modest discount to the previous close of 9.6c. The fees for Morgans were unusual. It was 6% up to $10m and 4.5% for anything above that, plus a monthly 15k for financial advice. No SPP so they were added to this “placement only shame file”. Stock was at 8.1c on August 12 2026 giving it a market cap of $170.5m. They ran a dinosaur physical AGM in Sydney on October 30, 2025, despite having 1,139 shareholders.
XRF Scientific (XRF): 11am dinosaur physical AGM in Perth on October 20, 2025. Market cap $290m.
Yandal Resources (YRL): 11am physical in Perth on November 26, 2024. See notice of meeting. Market cap $66m. No protest votes.
Yojee (YOJ): ran an 11am last day physical AGM in Perth on November 29, 2025. Market cap of the transport software company had soared above $165m in the lead up. Latest annual report shows 4,400 holders with Thorney and HUB both substantial along with founder Geoff Brown. Ran a Perth physical AGM on November 14 in 2024, although the head office is in Singapore. Bought October 13 2025 and then lodged board nomination at 4.40pm Melbourne time on October 17 with 3 points: physical AGMs, 3 man board and recent $5.4m placement with no accompanying SPP. Was included in this NoM at 7.17pm on Friday, October 24. Provided a decent rebuttal on page 26-27 and produced a good clean ballot paper. Only polled 2.04%. Didn't attend the AGM in person and no webcast provided. Hopefully they'll provide online access at their 2026 AGM.
Zenith Minerals (ZNC): noms close 5pm Perth time on October 22 ahead of Perth physical AGM. Market cap has soared past $50m recently. Latest annual report says has 2860 shareholders with no-one in control. Bought on Friday, Oct 17, so should lodge Oct 22. Missed the deadline.
Zeotech (ZEO), September 2025: $13m placement at 8c with no SPP. Morgans took the excessive 6% fee. The stock was at 7c by August 2026 giving it a market cap of $160m. The company also ran a last possible day dinosaur physical AGM in Brisbane on Friday, November 28, 2025 where they sought an extra 10% placement capacity. Biggest protest vote was 16% against Robert Downey's re-election. They've got around 2,200 shareholders. Considered a board nomination in 2025 but didn't proceed with it. See notice of meeting.
