This list tracks ASX listed companies with a market cap exceeding $100m which rejected live online AGM questions in 2022.

A2B Australia (formerly Cabcharge): 11am physical meeting at The Mint in Sydney. Market cap $120m. See notice of meeting.

Adairs (ADH):
held a physical only meeting in Melbourne on October 21. Market cap around $350m. See notice of meeting.

Allegiance Coal (AHQ): held a physical meeting in Sydney at 10.30am on November 25. Capitalised at $45m and has 2000 shareholders and $130m of accumulated losses. See notice of meeting.

Altium (ALU): 9.30am physical only meeting in Sydney on November 17. Market cap is $4.5 billion. See notice of meeting. Wrote to them on November 7.

Arafura Resources (ARU): market cap exceeds $500m but still held a physical only meeting in Perth at 10am on October 20. See notice of meeting.

Argo Investments (ARG): reverted to a physical only meeting in Adelaide on October 24, 2022. See notice of meeting.

Ariadne Australia: (ARA): held a physical only meeting at Computershare's Sydney offices on October 14. Market cap around $130m. See notice of meeting.

AUB Group: 10am physical only meeting in Sydney on November 3 despite having $2b market cap. See notice of meeting.

Austal: 2pm Perth time physical AGM at the Freemantle Sailing Club on November 23. Market cap is $880m. See notice of meeting. Wrote to them on November 7. Not a shareholder.

Autosports Group (ASG):
11am physical meeting at company HQ in Sydney on November 25. Has a market cap of $400m but no virtual component. Marina Go up for election. See notice of meeting.

AV Jennings: 10am physical meeting in Sydney on November 18. Market cap $160m. See notice of meeting.

Bank of Queensland: 10am physical meeting in Brisbane on December 6 with chairman Patrick Allaway seeking re-election. See notice of meeting. Have written to company requesting switch to a full hybrid.

Beach Energy: 10am physical meeting in Adelaide on November 16 with webcast but no online questions or voting. Market cap is around $3.7 billion. See notice of meeting.

Bega Cheese: 11am on NSW south coast at Kalaru on October 26. See notice of meeting. Who the hell can get to Kalura on the NSW south coast? They have more than 10,000 retail shareholders who are being disenfranchised.

BCI Minerals:
2pm in Perth on November 24 with no online component. See notice of meeting. Wrote to them on November 7.

BHP: 10am physical meeting in Perth on November 10 with no online participation. See notice of meeting.

Blackmores: physical only meeting at 2pm on October 20. Market cap is around See notice of meeting.

Blue Energy: 11am physical meeting in Brisbane on November 15. See notice of meeting. Market cap circa $120m.

Booktopia: founder has ousted the directors after directors attempted to ouster the founder. Physical meeting at company HQ in Rhodes at 2pm (20kms west Sydney CBD) on November 28 with a webcast but no online participation. See notice of meeting. 2100 shareholders, accumulated losses of $36.5m, claimed net assets of $14.5m and market cap $30m.

Boral: physical meeting at 3pm in Chatswood on November 3. See notice of meeting.

Breville Group: 10am physical meeting at HQ in Alexandria on November 10. Market cap $2.8 billion. See notice of meeting.

Brickworks:
noon physical meeting at The Establishment in Sydney on November 22. See notice of meeting. Bizarrely, you have to email to request access to watch one way webcast.

Cardno: physical only AGM at 11am on November 29 at the Sydney offices of private equity firm Crescent Capital. See notice of meeting.

Carnarvon Energy: 2pm physical meeting in Perth on November 18. Market cap $280m. See notice of meeting.

CBA: after fully online AGMs in 2020 and 2021, CBA went for an MCG gathering on October 12 in 2022 with no online questions or voting. See notice of meeting.

Cleanaway (CWY): the 2022 AGM starts at 11am on October 21 at the Sydney Sofitel but it's only webcast with no online questions or voting. See notice of meeting.

Clinuviel: 10am physical meeting. Outrageous pay arrangements and engagement with proxy advisers, as spelt out by Joe Aston in Rear Window. Capitalised at almost $1 billion. See notice of meeting.

Cooper Energy: physical meeting only at 10.30am in Adelaide on November 10. Market cap is around $580m. See notice of meeting.

Corporate Travel Management: 11am physical meeting only at Brisbane Hilton on October 27, 2022. Market cap is $2.5 billion. See notice of meeting.

CSL: after fully online AGMs in 2020 and 2021, CSL initially went with a physical meeting at Jeff's Shed on October 12 in 2022 with no live online questions or voting but later introduced online questions but not voting so it was not technically a "hybrid" meeting but had full online participation in the debate. Dacian Gold: Perth physical meeting at 9am on November 29 with no online participation. Market cap is $170m. See notice of meeting.

DDH1: went with a physical only meeting in Perth at 2pm on November 4. Market cap exceeds $300m. See notice of meeting.

Downer:
physical meeting at an auditorium in Crows Nest in Sydney at 11am on November 3. See notice of meeting.

Emeco Holdings: 1pm Sydney on November 17. Physical only. With a market cap of more than $400m, you'd think they could manage a hybrid. See notice of meeting.

Equity Trustees (EQT): even with Jeff Kennett out as chair, they opted for a physical only meeting at 11am on October 20. Market cap is around $660. See notice of meeting.

Euroz Hartleys Group: 1.30pm physical meeting in Perth on November 17. Market cap is around $240m. See notice of meeting.

Family Zone Cyber Safety:
physical meeting in Perth at 2pm on November 29. See notice of meeting.

Fox Corp: a physical only meeting on the Fox lot in Las Angeles starting at 4am Melbourne time. See details.

Flight Centre: 10am physical meeting in Brisbane. Market cap is around $3.25b. See threadbare 4 page notice of meeting. Emailed the board on November 11.

Fortescue Metals:
after holding a virtual AGM in 2020, Twiggy's outfit reverted to a Perth-based physical meeting in 2021. See notice of meeting. They are doing it again on November 22 in Perth this year. See notice of meeting.

Global Lithium: has a big sounding name and a market cap of $400m+ but it can't even manage to invite their thousands of east coast shareholders to participate in its Nov 24 AGM in Perth via an online facility. See notice of meeting.

GWA: physical AGM at the Brisbane Hilton on October 28 with no online participation. See notice of meeting.

Harvey Norman: after holding a virtual AGM in 2020, Gerry Harvey's outfit reverted to a Sydney-based physical meeting in 2021 and 2022. See the 2022 notice of meeting. Emailed the board on November 11.

HPI: 10.30am on November 16, Mantra Hotel in Melbourne. Physical only. See notice of meeting.

physical only meeting in Sydney on November 23. See notice of meeting.


Humm Group: noon, November 17: physical only meeting at Minter Ellison in Sydney. See notice of meeting. Asked multiple online questions last year.

Imdex Australia: with a market cap exceeding $800m, it was disappointing they went with a physical only AGM in Perth on October 6. See notice of meeting.

Infomedia: physical only meeting at 10am in Belrose NSW on November 16. Paying Link to deliver webcast but no voting or online questions allowed. Market cap around $460m. See notice of meeting.

Insignia Financial Group: (IFL) the old IOOF is meeting at 9.30am in Melbourne on November 10 at the Grand Hyatt but the webcast won't be interactive. See notice of meeting.

IPH Group: 10.30am physical only meeting in Sydney on November 17. Market cap is $2.2 billion. See notice of meeting.

Johns Lyng Group: 10.30am physical only meeting at RACV Melbourne on November 17. Market cap $1.7 billion. See notice of meeting.

K&S Corp: 2pm at company HQ at Truganina in Melbourne's west on November 29. See notice of meeting. They've going for the constitutional amendment to allow virtual meetings. Market cap about $290m.

Lovisa (LOV): has a market cap of $2.5 billion and suffered a second strike but who would know as held a physical only AGM at KPMG's Melbourne officers on November 18. See notice of meeting.

Lycopodium: physical only meeting in East Perth at 10.30am WST on November 15. Market cap around $270m. See notice of meeting.

McGrath: 1pm on November 22 at company HQ in Pyrmont. Went to the trouble of paying Link for the webcast, so why not just add questions and voting as well. Market cap is only $58m. See notice of meeting.

Metcash: The 2022 AGM did not allow for online questions or voting. See notice of meeting.

Mesoblast: 11am physical meeting on November 23 in Melbourne at Minters HQ on L20 of Pantscraper building. Link is delivering the webcast but online questions are banned. See notice of meeting.

Netwealth: 3pm physical meeting on November 23 at HQ at 180 Flinders Lane in Melbourne. Market cap $2.8 billion. See notice of meeting.

New Hope Corporation: physical meeting at Muswellbrook RSL Club at noon on November 24. See notice of meeting.

NRW Holdings: With a market cap of $1.1 billion, you'd think this Perth-based company could manage a hybrid AGM. Nope, it's 9am on November 9 at the Duxton Hotel in Perth and too bad if you live on the east coast. See notice of meeting.

Origin Energy: the 2022 AGM on October 19 in Sydney had no provision for online questions. You had to email them through 7 days ahead of time by 5pm on October. They also flagged a 2 question limit and rejecting visitors at the physical meeting. See notice of meeting. They produced their first AGM webcast in 2021. That fully virtual meeting went for 2 hours and 31 minutes.

Pacific Current: 10am physical meeting on November 21 at Madgwicks in Melbourne. See notice of meeting. Market cap around $440m.

Paladin Energy: 11am physical meeting in Perth on November 17 for Australia's biggest pure uranium play with a market cap of $2.5 billion. See notice of meeting.

Peet: the Perth-based property developer now has a market cap of more than $500m yet held a physical only meeting in Perth on October 26. See notice of meeting.

Pengana Capital: physical meeting held in Sydney on 9.30am on October 25. See notice of meeting.

Pengana International Equities:
physical only meeting held at 9.30am in Sydney on October 20. Market cap around $250m. See notice of meeting.

Perseus Mining: has a market cap of $2.5 billion & more than 7,000 shareholders yet still they think a physical only AGM at 3pm in Perth on November 22 is the way to go. See notice of meeting. Wrote to them on November 11.

Premier Investments:
physical only meeting with no webcast starting at 11.30am on December 2 at the difficult to access Pullman on the Park in Albert Park. See notice of meeting.

PSC Insurance: 9.30am, physical meeting on November 10 at Pullman hotel in East Melbourne. Market cap $1.7 billion. See notice of meeting.

Regional Express:
3pm physical meeting in Sydney on November 25.

Ramsay Healthcare: 10.30am physical meeting at Sheraton on the Park in Sydney. See notice of meeting.

Reliance Worldwide: a physical meeting at the RACV club on Thursday, October 27. See notice of meeting.

Rio Tinto: held an EGM in Perth at 4pm on October 25, 2022 to approve a new Chinese iron ore joint venture arrangements and failed to accommodate online participation. See notice of meeting.

Seven Group Holdings: a physical AGM at 11am at Sydney's Sheraton on the Park on November 17 but shareholders can merely watch via the webcast rather than being able to vote and ask live online questions. See notice of meeting.

Seven West Media: the 2022 AGM on November 10 is in Redfern at 11am, with only a webcast. It also clashes with rival Nine Entertainment which commences proceedings at 10am on the same day. See notice of meeting.

Silverlake Resources: $1 billion market cap. No webcast last year. Requested hybrid but was rejected. Physical AGM in Perth with 2pm start on November 25. See notice of meeting.

Slater & Gordon: physical only meeting at Melbourne's RACV Club at 11.30am on November 17. See notice of meeting.

Soul Pattinson: Another billionaire in Rob Millner chooses to join the large number of companies booking the Wesley Centre in Sydney for their AGM at noon on December 9 their AGM but they have only commissioned a webcast. There will be no live online questions or voting. See notice of meeting.

Southern Cross Electrical Engineering (SXE): market cap is around $175m but held a physical only AGM in Perth at 9am on October 31. See notice of meeting.

Super Retail Group: 11.30am on October 27 in Brisbane: physical meeting only. See notice of meeting.

Talga Group: 2pm in Perth on November 24 with no online component. Market cap exceeds $400m. See notice of meeting.

Tassal: 10am physical scheme meeting in Melbourne on November 3 with ASIC approving a delay in the AGM. See scheme booklet.

Whitehaven Coal: Ran fully virtual AGMs in 2020 and 2021 after a physical only meeting in 2019. The 2022 AGM on October 26 is at The Mint in Sydney with just a webcast but no online interaction. See notice of meeting. With 20,000 shareholders and a market cap of $8.5 billion, it should do better.
