Meg Downie: Mr mayor, what a difference a year makes!

If someone told me last year that I would be up here saying congratulations, I would have laughed at them. Charles, I don't know what happened but it finally worked, but we started to work as a team. It has been fantastic to work with you. You've shown great leadership and maturity - for a young man, and I appreciate items you have given me. I look forward to a really exciting year ahead, where we do a lot of reforms for our community. congratulations Charlie.
