Increasing parking at Serpells Rd child care centre from 100 to 120 after earlier VCAT ruling

Recommended by officers because VCAT had earlier over-ruled council refusal. Cr McMillan moved officer recommendation but then it lapsed for want of a seconder. Alternative motion opposing increase moved and seconded by Crs Gough and La Vella was then carried with only Cr McMillan voting against. See from page 987 of minutes.
