AGL Energy, Jane Thomas: Group Head of People & Culture. Jane has more than 15 years' experience in human resources, organisational development and employee relations in large organisations including PepsiCo, Westpac and Philips.

Alesco, Luci Rafferty: Group General Manager, Legal and Corporate Affairs. Prior to Alesco, Luci was general counsel and company secretary at Namoi Cotton, a co-operative listed on the ASX.

Alesco, Rebelle Moriarty: Group General Manager Human Resources. Prior to joining Alesco, Rebelle was employed by BlueScope Steel for 7 years, most recently in the position of Vice President Human Resources for BlueScope's Asian businesses

Alumina, Judith Downes: as the CFO, she is responsible for finance, accounting, treasury, investor relations and taxation. Judith is also an alternate director for Mr Pizzey. Judith has extensive financial experience gained during her career at ANZ and prior to that in public accounting.

Amcor, Julie McPherson: Company Secretary since 2005. As both an investment banker and a lawyer, Julie has broad experience in corporate governance, finance and commerce. Immediately prior to this Leslie was Controller and Executive Director for GM North America in Detroit, Michigan. Leslie joined GM Canada in 1978 and held various positions within the GM organisation in Canada and the Unites States before moving to Australia in 2005.



ANZ, Susie Babani: joined ANZ in December 2007 as Group Managing Director, Human Resources.As a key member of the ANZ Management team, Susie is responsible for delivering innovative HR strategies, programs and policies to support the employment and development of ANZ's 44,000 employees globally.

Suzette Corr: General Manager, Human Resources. Joined ANZ in 2008 as Head of Human Resources for Retail Banking which subsequently expanded to encompass the Retail Distribution businesses of the Branch Network, Call Centre, Online Banking and Mortgages.

ANZ National Bank (NZ), Jenny Fagg: is chief executive officer, and director. She joined the New Zealand business from ANZ Group in Australia where she was the Managing Director Consumer Finance.

ANZ, Joyce Phillips: Group Managing Director and Management Board member at ANZ responsible for strategy, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and innovation.

ANZ, Anne Weatherston: Chief Information Officer and Management Board member at ANZ responsible for the development and maintenance of the infrastructure and technology solutions that support ANZ.

APA Group, Inge Brown: Group manager, Transformation group. She has extensive experience in the financial services industry, with a career spanning over 25 years in the Australian and international markets.

Aristocrat leisure, Toni Korsanos: was appointed Chief Financial Officer in July 2009, after joining Aristocrat in 2007 as General Manager, Group Finance. Immediately prior to joining Aristocrat, Toni was Senior Commercial Finance Manager – Business Support at Kellogg's Australia / New Zealand. Toni also spent seven years with Coopers & Lybrand, Sydney in senior audit roles.

Asciano, Fiona Mead:
Company Secretary. Prior to joining Asciano, Fiona was Assistant Company Secretary at Telstra Corporation Limited for five years, including being Company Secretary of eight active subsidiaries, three joint ventures and over 180 subsidiaries. Before joining the Company Secretary's Office, Fiona was Telstra's Networks Counsel, a role which required advising on all aspects of construction and management of telecommunications infrastructure.

BHP Billiton, Karen Wood: the only female on the seven person executive committee, Karen is Group Executive and Chief People Officer, having previously been company secretary and chief governance officer. She chairs BHP's Global Ethics Panel and also joined the Melbourne Cricket Club committee last year. Total 2008-09 pay was $4.4 million. Karen is 64 and her previously employer was Bonlac Foods where she was general counsel and company secretary.

Bendigo Bank, Marnie Baker: Corporate Resources. Joined the then Bendigo Building Society in 1989 and was elevated to the executive in 2000.
Marnie has been Chief General Manager Solutions and was also the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Sandhurst Trustees Ltd, Executive Director of Bendigo Financial Planning Ltd, Victorian Securities Corporation Ltd and Oxford Funding Pty Ltd and is a Director of Australian Friendly Society Ltd.

Boral, Margaret Taylor: Margaret is 49 and was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary of Boral Limited in November 2008. Prior to joining Boral, Margaret was Regional Counsel Australia/Asia with BHP Billiton, and prior to that she was a partner with law firm Minter Ellison for many years, specialising in corporate and securities law. Margaret holds law and arts degrees from the University of Queensland.

Cochlear, Anne-Marie Leslie: Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Joined Cochlear in 2007 with over 25 years experience in local, regional and global human resource management.

Kerrie is an airport expert with 18 years prior experience as a corporate adviser on acquisitions and various business and financial decisions focused on the airports sector.

SP Ausnet, Susan Taylor: General Counsel and Company Secretary. Before her appointment in 2008, she had a stint in the US for 5 years where she was senior attorney-advisor for the US Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.

SP Ausnet, Claire Hamilton: General Manager, Risk and Assurance. A chartered accountant, in 2005, she joined SP AusNet and was appointed to the role of Head of Internal Audit.

Karyn joined Stockland in 2008 with experience in a variety of communication roles, where her responsibilities have included media relations, investor relations, issues management, sponsorship and community relations. She was also a finance journalist for a number of years.

Suncorp, Amanda Revis: joined Suncorp in August 2010 as the Group Executive, Human Resources. Before joining Suncorp, Amanda worked with Lloyds Banking Group. She worked with the Mars Group in the UK, Middle East and Asia, in Business Planning, Finance and HR leadership roles.

Tabcorp, Louise Marshall: Executive General Manager - Human Resources. Louise joined Tabcorp in November 2007. Prior to commencing at Tabcorp, she was Executive Director Human Capital with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Louise brings to Tabcorp significant experience in the implementation of best practice human resource processes and cultural change.

Telstra, Deena Shiff:
was appointed to the role of Group Managing Director, Telstra Business from January 30, 2006. Telstra Business was newly established at that time to specially serve the needs of Australia's small to medium enterprises. Deena started her career in telecommunications with the former OTC Limited in 1989, after a period of time in Canberra working on the social security and legislative reforms of the 1980s.

Telstra, Nerida Caesar: Group Managing Director, Telstra Enterprise and Government. Nerida joined Telstra Enterprise and Government in August 2006 as Managing Director for Integrated Accounts. In March 2009, Nerida was appointed Group Managing Director, Telstra Wholesale. Before joining Telstra Nerida was Vice President of IBM's Intel Server Division for the Asia Pacific region and previously held several senior management and sales positions with IBM.

Telstra, Andrea Grant: Andrea Grant was appointed Group Managing Director, Human Resources on 7 October 2005. Andrea joined Telstra from GM Holden where she was Executive Director, Human Resources; a position she held since 2001. She also served as GM Holden's first female board member. Before joining GM Holden, Andrea was Human Resources Director of Merck, Sharp & Dohme (New Zealand) Limited.

Telstra, Kate McKenzie: is Chief Marketing Officer, heading the group that is a focal point for product and marketing innovation in the company. She was appointed to this newly established position on 29 March 2010. Prior to that, Kate was Group Managing Director of Strategic Marketing, a position she was appointed to in March 2009, and before that, was Group Managing Director of the Telstra Wholesale business unit, a position she held for a little over three years.

Transfield Services, Elizabeth Hunter:
chief Human Resources Officer. Elizabeth has 21 years experience in human resources in a range of industries, including financial services, health and semi-government organisations. Elizabeth is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (UK).

Transurban, Elizabeth Mildwater: chief Legal Counsel & Company Secretary. Elizabeth joined Transurban in May 2008. She is responsible for company secretarial, compliance, risk, legal and human resource functions within the business. Before joining Transurban, Elizabeth was General Counsel and Company Secretary at SP AusNet for three years.

Transurban, Megan Fletcher: Group General Manager Public Affairs. Megan has been with the company since 2002, having most recently led its corporate and government relations program in North America during its expansion in that market. Prior to joining Transurban, Megan spent 10 years in state and local government in Australia, in a range of political, policy and management roles.

Launa Inman: was appointed Managing Director of Target in 2005, with leadership of 25,000 employees and more than 285 Target and Target Country stores. Launa was also the Managing Director of Officeworks, responsible for more than 80 Officeworks Superstores and Officeworks BusinessDirect prior to this appointment. In March 2009 Launa joined the Board of The Alannah and Madeline Foundation.

Westfield, Michelle Vanzella: director Business Development.

Westpac, Gail Kelly: was appointed Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Westpac on 1 February 2008. Immediately prior to this, she served as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of St.George Bank Limited for five and a half years. Gail began her career at Nedcor Bank, one of the largest banks in South Africa, where she held various General Manager positions, including HR, cards and personal banking. Gail is currently a Director of Melbourne Business School Limited and member of the Financial Services Advisory Council.

Woodside Petroleum, Eve Howell: executive Vice President, Health, Safety and Security. Formerly managing director in Australia of Apache Energy and has held other senior roles with Occidental Petroleum, Hadson Energy and Apache. She joined Woodside in 2006.
